The European Union and, by extension, Slovenia have introduced requirements for results of publicly funded research, including research data, to be freely accessible to the general public to the greatest possible extent. This ensures the reproducibility of research and consequently represents an additional assurance of its quality. At the same time, it enables publicly funded research to benefit as many people as possible – from researchers to the general public and companies that can design new services and products based on scientific discoveries.
Matej Petrič, the data steward of the Faculty of Arts, will present the principles of handling research data that apply in Slovenia.
Podatkovni skrbnik Filozofske fakultete Matej Petrič bo v okviru dogodka predstavil načela ravnanja z raziskovalnimi podatki, ki veljajo v Sloveniji.
