The purpose of personal data processing: sending news and announcements relating to the activities and events of the European Researchers’ Night project. We shall periodically send announcements about the activities and events of the European Researchers’ Night to the email addresses of data subjects who opt in.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data: consent of the data subject under the provision of Article 6(1), point (a), of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The request should indicate which personal data you wish to alter or inform us through some other means how you wish to limit their use. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable rules.

Information on the right to withdraw consent, when the processing is based on consent: you may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on “Unsubscribe” at the end of a piece of news received. The withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
