Let’s Learn about the Properties of Honey

By conducting experiments, participants of this workshop will determine different properties of honey, such as viscosity, crystallisation, the presence of reducing sugars, sucrose, water and ash content and pollen analysis. They will compare different types of honey in terms of their general properties.

There will be 10 to 15 pupils participating in the workshop on the mysterious gold of bees, a healing substance for man, they will be able to flow freely between individual experiments. The faculty will take care of the guided conducting of natural science experiments, while the teachers will be expected to supervise the pupils and keep them safe.
