{"id":7126,"date":"2023-09-12T11:15:11","date_gmt":"2023-09-12T09:15:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/humanistika.si\/?post_type=dogodki&#038;p=7126"},"modified":"2023-11-13T13:38:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-13T12:38:00","slug":"minezang-at-dobravlje-primary-school","status":"publish","type":"dogodki","link":"https:\/\/humanistika.si\/en\/dogodki\/minezang-at-dobravlje-primary-school\/","title":{"rendered":"Minezang at Dobravlje Primary School"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<style type=\"text\/css\">\n    #odstavek-block_371e1acd6bda440bbd06f90c7330ef90 {\n        \/* Add styles that use ACF values here *\/\n    }\n<\/style>\n\n<div id=\"odstavek-block_371e1acd6bda440bbd06f90c7330ef90\" class=\"block-odstavek\">\n    <p><p>It was stimulated by the publication of the <a href=\"https:\/\/humanistika.si\/en\/dogodki\/minezang-at-the-liber-ac-academic-book-fair-25-05-2023\/\">monograph Minezang<\/a>, edited by Mateja Gaber, PhD, as well as by a <a href=\"https:\/\/humanistika.si\/en\/dogodki\/ich-zoch-mir-einen-valken-i-raised-a-falcon\/\">concert<\/a> of medieval love lyrics and the echo of Minezang in the media.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The students, dressed in costumes reminiscent of medieval noblewomen, read German medieval chivalric lyrics in front of the assembled audience of students.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prinicipal of the School Mirjam Kalin wrote: &#8220;When we think of science and research, we most often think of scientists in white coats, using various instruments in laboratories to carry out research in the fields of chemistry, physics, medicine, technology, engineering, etc. Few people think that research and scientific work is also carried out in the fields of social sciences and humanities.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, the poems offer a reflection on a selection of words used by medieval poets to express love. They also offer a reflection on how we express love today. Is there a piece of beauty and poetry in them?\u00a0 Are the words commonplace or do they remain unspoken because of embarrassment or some other prejudice?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Minezang was a sung song.
